The Anytown Municipal Court will dismiss the following violations upon proof of correction on or before the scheduled appearance date:

• Defective Vehicle Equipment: Brakes, Brake Lights, Fenders, Headlights, Horn, Mudguards, Muffler, Reflector, Taillights, Turn Signals.
• Tinted Windows
• Cracked Windshields
• Fail to Notify DMV of address or name change
• Fail to Change Address on Vehicle Registration
• Fail to Renew Registration
• Fail to Carry Registration Card
• Improper Display of Registration Stickers
• Fail to Pay Appropriate Registration Fee
• Fail to Transfer Title/Registration
• Fail to Carry Proof of Insurance (must provide proof of insurance for the date of violation)
• Prohibited Vehicle Lighting (only first violation is dismissible)
• Studded Tires
• Operating Without Proper Exhaust System
• Visible Emission Limits (must provide certificate from ...)
• Fail to Display License Plate (only first violation is dismissible)
